Your details, and what we do with them.

Pointerz Safe Home is run by The Pointerz Group, Office 01, Razeen Blessings, Block 1, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, Pakistan. We are responsible for the details you send us.

It sets no cookies and has no analytics, advertising tags or tracking pixels.

The booking form does not send anything to our server. It opens WhatsApp with your booking written out, and you decide whether to send it.

To let you finish a booking later, your browser keeps only the service and home size you picked, for up to 7 days. Never your name, number or address. It is cleared when you send the booking.

Hostinger, our web host, keeps standard server logs of each visit (IP address, browser, page and time) for a short period, to keep the site running and secure.

When you book, call or message us: your name, phone number, address and area, home size, the pest problem and any note you add.

During a visit, your technician takes photos of the treated areas for your visit report.

To confirm and carry out your service, send your report and receipt, remind you about follow-up visits and honour your warranty.

We don’t sell your details. We send offers on WhatsApp only if you agree, and you can stop them any time by replying STOP.

Bookings, reports and receipts travel by WhatsApp (Meta), under WhatsApp’s privacy policy. Email reaches our mailboxes, hosted by Hostinger. These services may handle your details outside Pakistan.

Only the people at The Pointerz Group who need it to serve you, including the technician who visits. Outside the company, only the services above, or anyone the law requires us to give it to.

Booking requests that don’t lead to a visit: up to one year. Customer records and visit reports: until your last warranty or Safe Plan ends, then as long as tax law requires. Then we delete them.

You can ask what details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, and withdraw any consent. Email safehome@thepointerz.com and we reply within 30 days.

We may first check the request comes from you, and we keep what the law requires us to keep.

Bookings are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect details from children.

Updated 18 October 2026. If we change this notice, we update this page and the date. If we ever add cookies or analytics, we will say so here first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
