- Share the site plan and your contractor’s schedule with us.

- Keep the treated soil uncovered and dry until the floor is laid.

Why treat before building?
The soil under the house can only be treated fully while it is open. Later, the same protection needs drilling through floors and costs more.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the covered area, from Rs 12 per square foot. The site visit is free and you get a written quote.
