The small print, in plain words.

Each service has a warranty period listed on its page and on your invoice. If the same pest returns in the treated area during that period, we treat again at no charge.

The warranty needs the preparation and aftercare steps your technician gives you to be followed, and it covers the areas that were treated.

Fogging for mosquitoes kills the mosquitoes present on the day. New mosquitoes fly in from outside, so its warranty is 7 days.

A booking is confirmed once we message you on WhatsApp with the date and time window.

You can move or cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit. If you paid a deposit, it is refunded in full.

If we can’t get in at the agreed time and you didn’t tell us, we may keep the deposit.

Prices on this site are in Pakistani rupees and include tax. Your technician confirms the home size before starting; if it is different from the booking, the price for the actual size applies.

You can pay by cash, bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa on the day. You get a receipt on WhatsApp.

We use your name, number and address only to arrange and carry out your service, send your report and remind you about follow-up visits. We don’t sell it or share it outside The Pointerz Group.

We send offers on WhatsApp only if you agree to receive them, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP. To have your details deleted, email safehome@thepointerz.com. The full privacy notice is at /privacy/.
