Safety
We never use fumigant tablets in homes. Everything else we do is written down here.
What we use
- Only pesticides registered for use in Pakistan.
- Gel baits wherever they work, because they stay inside gaps instead of on open surfaces.
- Low-odour sprays, applied only where pests travel.
- Locked bait stations for rats, so hands and paws can’t reach the bait.
- Never fumigant tablets in a home. They release a toxic gas and have no place where people sleep.
Before the visit
- Put away food, plates, cups and children’s toys.
- Move pets, birds and fish tanks to a room we are not treating.
- Tell us if anyone at home has asthma or is unwell. We adjust the treatment.
After the visit
- Stay out of sprayed rooms until surfaces are dry, usually 1–2 hours. Your technician tells you the exact time.
- Open windows for 15 minutes before going back in.
- Don’t wipe or mop treated edges for 3 days, and leave gel dots where they are.
- Wash any surface food will touch before using it.
If someone feels unwell
- Move them to fresh air and get medical help straight away.
- Show the doctor your service report. It lists every product we used.
- Then call us, any time of day.
